Paid Membership Terms

These Paid Membership Terms apply to paid SiamLynk memberships and form part of the agreement between the member and Thai Legal Protection Co., Ltd., the operator of SiamLynk.

By purchasing or continuing a paid SiamLynk membership, you agree to these terms together with the SiamLynk Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.

1. About Your SiamLynk Membership

SiamLynk is a membership platform designed to give members a simple starting point when they need practical, legal, immigration, business, communication or everyday support in Thailand.

Member support is provided through our retained provider law firm, including consultants, specialist advisors and licensed lawyers.

You do not need to decide who you should speak with before contacting us.

Tell us what is happening and the provider team will help identify the appropriate next step.

2. Personal and Business Memberships

SiamLynk offers different membership plans for personal and business needs.

Personal Membership

Personal Membership is intended for matters relating to the individual member and their personal affairs.

Depending on the selected plan, benefits may include:

• consultations regarding personal legal and everyday matters;
• visa and immigration guidance;
• English–Thai communication assistance;
• document review within the applicable membership limits;
• assistance with rental and property matters;
• negotiation and dispute support;
• Thai Will and Living Will preparation;
• Power of Attorney preparation;
• insurance claim assistance; and
• access to consultants, specialist advisors and licensed lawyers through our retained provider law firm.

Business Membership

Business Membership is intended for matters relating to the registered member business and its business activities.

Depending on the selected plan, support may include:

• business and commercial questions;
• contracts and business documents;
• employment and staff matters;
• commercial landlord and lease issues;
• supplier and customer problems;
• business-related English–Thai communication;
• negotiation and dispute support;
• business visa, work permit and immigration questions;
• communication with government offices; and
• access to consultants, specialist advisors and licensed lawyers through our retained provider law firm.

The specific benefits, limits and pricing displayed for the membership plan at the time of purchase form part of these terms.

3. Personal vs. Business Matters

A Personal Membership covers personal matters. A Business Membership covers matters relating to the registered member business.

We understand that members may not always know whether a matter is personal or business-related.

You may still contact SiamLynk and tell us what is happening.

The provider team will review the situation and let you know if the matter falls outside your current membership.

We will not prevent you from initially submitting your question simply because you may have selected the wrong category.

If ongoing assistance requires a different membership type, we will explain the appropriate option before proceeding under that membership.

4. Consultations and Member Support

Members may contact SiamLynk for questions and support within the scope of their active membership.

Depending on the matter, you may receive assistance from a Member Consultant, specialist advisor or licensed lawyer through our retained provider law firm.

There is no requirement that a matter must first become a formal legal problem before a member can seek assistance.

Our purpose is to help members early, including with everyday situations that may be easier to resolve before they become larger problems.

5. Legal Advice and Lawyer Support

Licensed lawyers are available through SiamLynk’s retained provider law firm.

When legal advice or lawyer involvement is appropriate, a licensed lawyer may advise or assist the member directly.

For simplicity and a consistent member experience, SiamLynk may use terms such as “SiamLynk team,” “SiamLynk Legal Team,” “our legal team,” “our lawyers,” “Member Consultants,” or “specialist advisors” when describing professionals supporting SiamLynk members.

Legal advice and services required by law to be performed by a licensed lawyer are provided by licensed lawyers through the retained provider law firm.

6. Document Review

Where document review is included in the selected membership plan, the current standard benefit is:

Document review of up to 12 pages per document.

The review is intended to help the member understand the document, identify important issues and receive guidance before deciding what to do next.

Documents exceeding the membership limit, highly complex documents, extensive due diligence, substantial redrafting or other work beyond normal membership support may require an additional fee.

If an additional fee is required, it will be explained before the additional paid work begins.

7. Lawyer Letter or Telephone Call

Where included in the selected Personal Membership plan, the member may receive:

One lawyer letter or lawyer telephone call per unrelated issue, subject to the applicable membership conditions.

The appropriate form of communication will depend on the circumstances of the matter.

Additional letters, calls, negotiations, follow-up work or representation beyond the included benefit may require a separate fee.

8. Thai Will, Living Will and Power of Attorney

Where included in the applicable membership plan, SiamLynk members may receive assistance with preparation of a standard:

Thai Will, Living Will and Power of Attorney.

More complex estate planning, unusual asset structures, corporate holdings, international estate issues, substantial customization, registration requirements or other additional work may require separate professional services and fees.

Any additional charge will be explained before additional paid work is undertaken.

9. Membership Benefits Do Not Carry Forward

Membership benefits are available while your membership is active.

Unused consultations, letters, calls, document benefits or other membership benefits do not accumulate or carry forward into a later membership period unless SiamLynk expressly states otherwise.

Your membership provides ongoing access to support during the active membership period, rather than the purchase of individual services that remain available after the membership period ends.

10. Additional Services and Fees

Not every service is included within the membership fee.

A matter may require additional paid services because of its complexity, the amount of work involved or the need for services outside the membership benefits.

Examples may include court representation, litigation, extensive contract drafting, complex due diligence, company registration, visa processing, government applications, extensive negotiations or other professional work.

Where additional professional fees apply, the member will be informed before the additional paid service is undertaken.

Government fees, court fees, translation fees, certification charges and other third-party expenses are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. Membership Period

Your membership begins on the date shown in your membership account or purchase confirmation and continues for the period selected.

Available membership periods may include monthly, six-month or twelve-month memberships.

Your current plan, membership period, benefits and payment information can be viewed through your SiamLynk account.

12. Renewal and Payment

Membership fees must be paid according to the payment terms shown when you purchase or renew your membership.

If automatic renewal is offered and selected, the applicable renewal conditions will be clearly disclosed before enrollment.

If payment fails or a membership expires, access to paid membership benefits may be suspended until the membership is renewed or payment is successfully completed.

13. Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership in accordance with the cancellation options available through their account or by contacting SiamLynk.

Cancellation prevents future renewal where applicable but does not normally create a refund for a membership period that has already begun, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by SiamLynk.

Membership benefits remain subject to the status and terms displayed for the member’s account.

14. No Guaranteed Outcome

Membership gives you access to support—it does not guarantee a particular result.

SiamLynk, Thai Legal Protection Co., Ltd. and the provider team cannot guarantee the outcome of a legal matter, visa or immigration application, negotiation, insurance claim, government application, dispute or other matter.

Courts, government authorities, immigration authorities, police, insurance companies, banks, employers, landlords, businesses and other third parties make their own decisions.

15. Fair and Appropriate Use

SiamLynk memberships are intended to provide genuine support to members for reasonable personal or business needs.

Membership does not provide unlimited execution of professional work, unlimited document drafting, unlimited representation or services outside the stated membership benefits.

We may discuss appropriate arrangements with a member where the volume, complexity or nature of requests goes substantially beyond the reasonable scope of the membership.

This does not prevent members from contacting us whenever they are unsure whether something is covered. If you have a problem or question, ask us first.

16. Emergency Support

24/7 Emergency Support is a separate optional benefit unless specifically included in the member’s selected plan.

Where available, emergency support may assist with matters such as police assistance, hospital or interpreter communication and contacting a member’s designated emergency contact.

Emergency support does not replace official police, ambulance, fire, hospital or government emergency services.

If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact the appropriate emergency authority first.

The applicable Emergency Support pricing and conditions will be displayed before activation.

17. Information and Documents

Members should provide accurate and complete information when requesting assistance.

Advice or assistance may be affected if important information is missing, inaccurate or withheld.

Members should inform the provider team if circumstances materially change while assistance is being provided.

18. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the SiamLynk Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection requirements.

Information reasonably necessary to provide member support may be made available to the appropriate consultants, specialist advisors or licensed lawyers through our retained provider law firm.

19. Changes to Membership Plans

SiamLynk may update membership plans, benefits, pricing or these terms from time to time.

Where a change materially affects an existing paid membership, we will provide reasonable notice where required or appropriate.

Changes to pricing will not normally alter the price of a membership period that has already been paid for unless required by law or agreed with the member.
