Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the billing, renewal and refund terms for SiamLynk subscription packages. SiamLynk is a service brand of Thai Legal Protection Co., Ltd.

1. Billing & renewal

• Fees are charged in advance for each cycle shown on the packages page.
• Packages renew automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel.
• Charges are made to the payment method you save with Stripe.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel renewal anytime from “My Subscription”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep access until then.

3. Refunds

Membership fees, service fees and add-on fees are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or we approve one. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not by itself entitle you to a refund for the cycle you are in.

A refund may be considered where:

• It is required by applicable law;
• A duplicate or incorrect charge has been confirmed;
• We authorised it because of an administrative or technical error on our side; or
• We agree to one on a case-by-case basis.

An approved refund is returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

You are responsible for checking the plan, the service period, the price and the applicable terms before completing a purchase.
