If a business has listed you as an authorized representative under its SiamLynk Business Membership, we may receive your name and telephone number from that business.

Your business has identified you as someone who may contact SiamLynk on its behalf. We use your information to:

• Identify you as a business representative.
• Contact you about the business membership when necessary.
• Verify your identity before discussing business matters.
• Manage your authorized access to membership services.

Our legal basis is legitimate interest — ours and the business's — in serving the business through the people it has chosen.

We normally collect your full name and telephone number. We may also keep records of your authorization and relevant membership communications.

Your information may be accessed by authorized SiamLynk personnel and, where necessary, the retained provider law firm assisting the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.
