7-Day Free Trial Terms

These 7-Day Free Trial Terms apply to eligible users who register for a SiamLynk 7-Day Free Trial.

The Free Trial is designed to let you experience SiamLynk, discuss your situation with our provider team and understand how we may be able to help before deciding whether to become a paid member.

1. About the Free Trial

SiamLynk is operated by Thai Legal Protection Co., Ltd.

Member support is provided through our retained provider law firm, including consultants, specialist advisors and licensed lawyers.

During your Free Trial, you can contact SiamLynk and tell us what is happening. The provider team will help you understand your situation and identify an appropriate next step.

You do not need to know who you should speak with before contacting us.

2. What You Can Use the Free Trial For

The Free Trial allows you to experience SiamLynk by discussing a genuine personal or business question or situation with our provider team.

Depending on your question, you may receive assistance from a Member Consultant or specialist advisor.

Where appropriate, a licensed lawyer may also answer legal questions or provide legal advice through our retained provider law firm.

The purpose is to give you a genuine experience of how SiamLynk can support you before you decide whether to become a paid member.

3. What the Free Trial Does Not Include

The 7-Day Free Trial is not seven days of full paid membership benefits.

Unless SiamLynk specifically agrees otherwise, the Free Trial does not include services such as:

• preparation of a Thai Will or Living Will;
• Power of Attorney preparation;
• lawyer letters or calls to third parties;
• extensive document review or drafting;
• formal negotiation with another party;
• court representation or litigation;
• company registration or formal business services;
• visa or work-permit processing;
• government application or filing services;
• extensive case work or ongoing professional representation; or
• other services that require substantial professional work or third-party expenses.

If you need a service outside the Free Trial, the provider team can explain the available membership or paid-service options before any additional paid work begins.

4. Personal and Business Questions

The Free Trial is available for both Personal and Business membership enquiries, subject to eligibility.

You do not need to determine in advance whether your situation is personal, business-related or legal.

Tell us what is happening and the provider team can help identify which SiamLynk membership or service is appropriate for you.

5. Lawyer Access During the Free Trial

The Free Trial is not limited only to non-legal consultations.

Where your question would appropriately benefit from legal advice, a licensed lawyer from our retained provider law firm may answer questions or provide advice during the trial.

Access to a lawyer during the Free Trial does not automatically include formal representation, document drafting, letters to third parties, negotiations, court work or other services normally provided under a paid membership or separate professional engagement.

6. Trial Period

The Free Trial lasts for 7 days beginning from the date your trial is activated.

Once the 7-day period ends, access to Free Trial benefits ends unless you become a paid SiamLynk member.

Unused trial time or benefits do not carry forward.

7. No Credit Card Required

No credit card is required to start the 7-Day Free Trial.

You will not automatically be charged simply because the trial period ends.

If you decide to become a paid member, you must select a membership plan and complete the applicable membership registration and payment process.

8. No Obligation to Become a Member

There is no obligation to purchase a paid membership after using the Free Trial.

The purpose of the trial is to allow you to experience the service and decide whether SiamLynk is right for you.

9. One Free Trial Per Person or Business

Unless SiamLynk specifically approves otherwise, the 7-Day Free Trial is limited to one trial per individual or business.

SiamLynk may refuse, suspend or end a trial where there is reasonable evidence of duplicate registrations, false information, abuse or an attempt to repeatedly obtain Free Trial access.

10. Fair Use

The Free Trial is intended for prospective members with genuine questions or situations.

It is not intended to provide unlimited consultations or to replace paid professional services.

SiamLynk may reasonably limit or end trial assistance where requests become excessive, repetitive, abusive or substantially beyond the purpose of experiencing the service.

If your matter requires more extensive assistance, the provider team will explain the appropriate next step.

11. Additional Services and Fees

There is no charge for the Free Trial itself.

However, if you request work that is outside the Free Trial, you may be offered a paid membership or separately priced professional service.

No additional paid service should be undertaken without the applicable fee or arrangement being explained to you first.

Government fees, court fees, translations, certifications and other third-party expenses are not included in the Free Trial.

12. No Guaranteed Outcome

The Free Trial provides access to guidance and support but does not guarantee any particular result.

SiamLynk, Thai Legal Protection Co., Ltd. and the provider team cannot guarantee the outcome of any legal matter, visa application, negotiation, insurance claim, government process, dispute or other situation.

Decisions made by courts, government authorities, immigration authorities, police, insurance companies, banks, employers, landlords, businesses and other third parties remain outside our control.

13. Information You Provide

To help us understand your situation, you should provide reasonably accurate and complete information.

The usefulness of the guidance you receive may depend on the information and documents you provide.

14. Privacy

Personal information provided during the Free Trial is handled in accordance with the SiamLynk Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection requirements.

Information reasonably necessary to provide your consultation or support may be made available to the appropriate consultants, specialist advisors or licensed lawyers through our retained provider law firm.

15. Moving to a Paid Membership

If you find SiamLynk useful, you may choose to become a paid member at any time.

Your paid membership begins according to the membership plan and activation date shown when you complete your purchase.

Paid memberships are governed by the Paid Membership Terms.

There is no automatic paid membership merely because you used the Free Trial.

16. Changes or Ending a Free Trial

SiamLynk may modify, suspend or withdraw the Free Trial program in the future.

Any change will not affect paid membership benefits that have already been purchased.

SiamLynk may also end an individual trial in cases of fraud, abuse, misuse or serious violation of these terms or the SiamLynk Terms of Use.
